Where to get a blazer tailored?

Where should I take a blazer to get it tailored to fit me? Details: I'm a busty lady, so I need the blazer taken in at the waist. I want it to look good, but I don't want to spend a ton of money on it. I live near Oak & Broadway. What tailor/alterations place should I go to?

Oh shit, I forgot to respond to your last question. A quick google tells me it's Golden Dry Cleaners on Thurlow St.

I believe there's an alterations place on Broadway across from the Turnabout Consignment store. The lady there is always honest if you ask her if the alterations will cost more than it's worth.
